Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchas.

The same policy on returns and refunds as stated above applies to all items on Sale.

  1. Exchanges

Exchange

An exchange of goods that have already been purchased and paid for can only be accepted if the goods were already damaged or defective before sale. In the event of an exchange, please send an email to hello@birdiestore.at  and send the goods to the following address:
